These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website gpapune.org and your relationship with the General Practitioners Association, Pune ("GPA", "we", "us", "our"), a professional medical body registered under Regd. No. MH446/2009/PUNE and affiliated to FFPAI. By accessing this website or applying for membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Membership of GPA is open to doctors registered with the Maharashtra Medical Council and practising in or around Pune. GPA reserves the right to verify credentials and to accept or decline any membership application at its sole discretion.
The annual membership fee is as displayed on the Membership section of this website (currently ₹1,000 + 18% GST), and is subject to change from time to time. Fees must be paid in full through the payment methods made available on the website to activate or renew membership.

Information submitted for the member directory (name, qualifications, contact details, photograph) will be visible to fellow verified members and affiliated clinics as described in our Privacy Policy. Members are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit.
Registration for CME sessions, conferences, health camps and other events is subject to availability and any specific terms communicated at the time of registration. GPA reserves the right to reschedule, modify or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case reasonable efforts will be made to notify registrants.
All content on this website, including text, logos, images and newsletters, is the property of GPA unless otherwise stated, and may not be used without prior written consent.
GPA provides this website and its services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, GPA does not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website or participation in GPA activities.
GPA reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership in cases of non-payment of dues, breach of these Terms, or conduct inconsistent with the association's professional and ethical standards.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
